During my stay, I faced an issue with the hot water, which was only lukewarm for the duration of my visit. I notified the staff, but they seemed slow to respond to the problem. Additionally, my room felt a bit dusty, and I noticed a lack of some basic amenities like a kettle and hooks for hanging clothes.

The location of Palazzo Lupardi Relais was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. My room, the Double Room, Attic, felt very modern and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staff impressed me with their professionalism. they made sure all our needs were met and even remembered my drink preferences. On the downside, the lack of some amenities stood out—no hooks to hang clothes and no coffee service in the room, which would’ve been nice. The climb back to the hotel can be quite steep, and the lift was out of order, making it a trek up multiple flights of stairs. Even with the room's charm, I had some trouble figuring out how to lock the door from the inside, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Despite these issues, my overall experience was quite enjoyable, especially with the cleanliness and attention to guest service.

Couples get ready for a unique stay
The place had a lovely traditional decor, we stayed in the attic, where the rooftop window gave us the best view of all those Rome rooftops. I mean, in the morning, it felt like we were at the beach with the fresh air and gulls, just perfect, then all the church bells ringing was an added bonus, lovely time!
Wasn't exactly cheap but it was worth it. don't expect a budget stay here.

We really enjoyed our spacious attic room with beautiful views, especially the fantastic gelato shops just around the corner. The host was incredibly attentive, even sharing personalized breakfast treats for our early departure. Perfect spot for our family of five!
My kids wished there were more amenities for families like ours.
